13. Complaints about an operator
We cannot resolve a dispute between you and a gambling operator, and we have no access to your account with them. Raise the complaint with the operator first. If it is not resolved within eight weeks, you may escalate it free of charge to the operator's approved alternative dispute resolution provider, which the operator must name in its own terms. The UK Gambling Commission publishes guidance on how to complain.
14. Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page, and the date at the top of the page tells you when it last changed. Continued use of the website after a change constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
15. Governing law
These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, save that if you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
